Maria is a contemporary realist painter working primarily in oils. Although her artistic repertoire spans various genres, she is particularly drawn to compositions that highlight the essence of natural elements.

Maria's art expresses a harmonious interplay of observation, mindfulness, and the quest for stability within an ever-changing environment, inviting viewers to ponder the beauty found in the fleeting moments of everyday life.

In the half-decade since completing her Fine Arts degree, Maria has embarked on a journey marked by a succession of solo and group exhibitions and has been a finalist in esteemed art prizes across Australia. In addition to being in numerous private collections, her work was featured on the television show “The Block” in 2019.
